Senior Business Analyst -Trade or Capital Markets

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stake holders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.

Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing analytical insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.

Day to day involvement with the development team to review and understand the FSD, write BRD and Testing documents.

Qualifications & Required Skills :

Trade or Capital Markets Broker / Dealer Surveillance solutions implementation or development experience in a cohesive environment comprising and experience required on :

Oracle or MS-SQL Database

Actimize AIS, RCM, and Trade Surveillance solutions experience

SMARTS Trade Surveillance solutions experience

Actimize ERCM for alerts ingestion and integration development experience

Sales Practices Modles for Trade Surveillance

Domain knowledge of Trade Surveillance and in general compliance knowledge

Hands on experience on writing exceptional and complex SQL queries and procedures

Hands on experience on using tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM etc.

Ability and experience of working in Scrum agile methodology

Experience to work with the teams on global presence

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Should be able to work independently to result high quality deliverables, covering both functional and non functional requirements

Work with internal teams and client resources to be able to assist in release migrations

Possess the necessary skillset to quickly learn new technologies and the analytical skills required to drive critical issues to resolution within our team and / or in collaboration with external teams.
