Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our HR Automation this new role you will drive digital transformation by bridging HR business needs with technical solutions focusing on automation initiatives that enhance HR operations and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate HR business needs into clear actionable requirements through stakeholder collaboration
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Develop comprehensive user stories and functional specifications for technical implementation
- Design and document workflows process maps and proof of concepts
- Drive automation solutions implementation across HR functions
- Conduct process analysis and problem-solving for automation initiatives
- Develop and execute testing strategies including UAT coordination
- Support change management through training and knowledge transfer
- Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities in HR processes
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in analyzing complex scenarios and proposing automation solutionsExpertise in end-to-end process automation assessmentAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business termsProven stakeholder management and influence skillsProficiency in process mapping and design documentationStrong data analysis and visualization capabilitiesUnderstanding of automation technologies like RPA Low code platformAdaptability to emerging technologies and regulatory changesQualifications :
Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or related field5 years of business analysis experience in HR technologyDemonstrated experience in HR process automation designIn-depth knowledge of HR processes and systemsPractical experience with Agile methodologies and design thinkingWorking knowledge of HR systems (Workday or similar platforms)Experience with change management principlesAdditional Information :
