US Immigration Specialist

Hi,

We are looking for energetic and talented

US Immigration Specialist

with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Candidates should have 1+years of strong experience in

US Immigration Specialist.

Hands-on experience in handling various types of Visa filings, including initial, amendment, transfer, and extension petitions.

Proficient in using HRMS / ATS tools such as Ceipal for immigration and employee record management.

Skilled in preparing and maintaining Public Access Files (PAFs) in compliance with DOL requirements.

Experience in drafting immigration-related letters including client letters, employment verification.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting case statuses.

Experience in coordinating with U.S. immigration attorneys and ensuring accurate and timely documentation for case management.

Preferred : Exposure to U.S. onboarding processes for visa-holding employees.

Preferred : Experience conducting internal compliance audits and ensuring adherence to immigration and DOL regulations.

Exp : - 1 to 3 years
