The Role

As a Founding SDR at 10xR, you'll be instrumental in building our sales pipeline from the ground up. You'll work directly with our founding team to refine our outreach strategy, develop our sales playbook, and lay the foundation for our future sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact while growing your career at a fast-paced, innovative company. You'll be selling to US-based companies, and the role requires working a 6am - 3pm shift to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for our sales team through a combination of strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Research and identify target accounts within our ideal customer profile (SaaS companies, focusing initially on SMB and mid-market segments)
  • Develop compelling outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, , phone)
  • Schedule and prepare discovery calls for the Founding team
  • Track all prospecting activities and results in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and content
  • Provide feedback on prospect objections and market responses to refine our messaging
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies to improve results

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR / BDR experience, preferably in B2B SaaS sales
  • Previous experience to sell to US-based companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research abilities and natural curiosity
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Passion for AI, sales enablement, or sales technology
  • Availability to work 6am - 3pm shift to align with US time zones
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup
  • Experience selling to sales leaders or sales enablement teams
  • Previous success exceeding outbound prospecting quotas
