Location :  Hyderabad, India (On-site; willingness to travel as needed)

Company Overview :

Litemed is a fast-growing MedTech innovator specializing in connected wearable therapeutics. Our flagship product, Curapod, is at the forefront of pain management technology. We are targeting scalable, high-quality production to reach 10,000 units per month.

Job Purpose :

The Supply Chain Manager will lead, optimize, and oversee the end-to-end supply chain for Litemed’s Curapod product line. The primary goal is to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-centric manufacturing of at least 10,000 Curapods monthly, from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a robust supply chain strategy to meet the monthly manufacturing goal of 10,000+ Curapods, balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Oversee procurement of components, raw materials, and critical parts, negotiating with global and domestic vendors for best terms and reliability.

Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics teams to synchronize production planning and inventory management.

Implement and optimize inventory control systems (including JIT, safety stock) to prevent shortages and overstock.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturing partners as needed to ensure production continuity and scalability.

Analyze production bottlenecks and proactively resolve supply chain disruptions or risks.

Oversee logistics and distribution—including warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery—to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.

Establish and monitor KPIs on supply chain performance, costs, and on-time delivery metrics.

Ensure compliance with healthcare device regulatory requirements, documentation, and certification related to supply chain and distribution.

Drive cost optimization projects, process automation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

6+ years experience managing supply chains in medical devices, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing.

Proven track record scaling manufacturing to ≥10,000 units / month.

Deep knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, manufacturing process flows, logistics, and inventory systems.

Experience with ERP and supply chain management tools / software.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Analytical problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency.

Exposure to regulatory standards relevant to medical device manufacturing (e.g., ISO 13485, Indian MDR) is a plus.
