What You Will Get To Do :
Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platformOwn client projects working with hedge fund custodians / administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&DMore experienced consultants are expected to train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projectsManage case queue and ensure cases are handled in a timely manner with effective prioritization of tasks on handCollaborate closely with internal teams (Development, Project Management etc.) to ensure successful fixes for any bugs to achieve a quick resolution for client satisfactionAdvocate for product enhancements to meet evolving client needs and support scalabilityWhat You Will Bring :
Recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in a technology or client-facing and support roleFamiliarity in related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similarTechnology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software supportAbility to learn new processes, products, and support tools quicklyExcellent communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical usersUnderstanding of financial markets and related processesExperience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processesExperience training employees on a growing teamUnderstanding of account and project management best practicesProven ability to support client's troubleshooting requests in a timely mannerWilling to work early-shifts (if required)
