ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, client / server scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations .

Work on Service Portal , Flow Designer , and Integration Hub .

Implement and support ServiceNow REST / SOAP API integrations with external systems.

Perform system administration, upgrade planning, and troubleshooting .

Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
