Job descriptionDrive revenue growth, monitor budgets, and control operating costs. Analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets. Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and frontline teams. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement. Ensure consistent delivery of superior guest service across all areas. Address escalated guest concerns promptly and implement feedback-based improvements. Support promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost footfall. Identify new business opportunities and local tie-ups for revenue enhancement. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, brand SOPs, and safety protocols. Maintain valid licenses and readiness for internal and external audits. Submit periodic operational and financial performance reports to management. Coordinate with corporate and brand teams for alignment on goals and standards. Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 10–15 years’ experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
