Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty Member located in Jaipur. The Faculty Member will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, interactive, and effective lectures for courses. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive course materials, mentoring students, assessing their progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Faculty Member will also contribute towards curriculum design and ensure that students are well-prepared for their ACCA exams through professional guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Accounting, Performance Management and Financial Management
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with curriculum design and ability to develop high-quality study materials
• Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; ACCA or CA certification is highly preferred
