Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled contractor to join our Tech Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team to manage administrative and coordination activities in our Hyderabad office. This role supports workspace planning, operations, documentation, and routine BAU workflows for a Tech Business Unit of 1,000+ staff.
Responsibilities :
Plan and manage workspace allocation, relocations, and seat assignments.
Forecast space requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Serve as the primary contact for workspace and PMO matters.
Draft stakeholder communications and follow up on action items.
Organize meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and track progress.
Monitor recurring tasks, manage staffing reports, and support management reporting.
Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data to improve processes.
Assist in implementing process improvements and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Engineering preferred).
5–8 years of experience in facilities operations, workspace planning, or related coordination roles in corporate environments (IT / Tech / BFSI preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Confluence is a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactively follow up with cross-functional teams.
