Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Venture Builder to lead the development of new initiatives and programs. This individual will be responsible for prioritizing, validating, and launching ventures that align with our focus areas.

">

Venture Sourcing & Diligence

">

The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing business plans, vetting feasibility, and running commercial diligence. They will also be able to produce concise investment memos with clear recommendations and risks.

">

Portfolio Enablement & Revenue

">

This role involves designing customer discovery programs with enterprise / government partners. The successful candidate will drive early commercial traction by securing first customers, lighthouse partners, sponsorships, and co-marketing.

">

Program Management & Delivery

">

The Strategic Venture Builder will own the 36-month roadmap for new initiatives; prioritize by impact / ROI / strategic value. They will build lean execution plans; manage cross-functional contributors, vendors, and interns.

Partnerships & Ecosystem

">

Cultivating relationships across accelerators / incubators, early-stage funds, and universities is crucial for this role. The individual will package our value propositions for sponsors and corporate partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in accelerator / incubator operations, early-stage VC / PE, or corporate innovation.

  • Demonstrated ability to review business plans and translate into actionable execution plans.
  • ">

  • Hands-on experience working with startup CEOs on fundraising, customer acquisition, and partner development.
  • ">

  • Strong project / program management skills.
