Job Title : Python Developer (With AWS & Infrastructure experience)

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure applications in complex cloud environments. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Python development and have a solid understanding of AWS infrastructure, networking, and deployment architectures. This role requires someone who can bridge development and DevOps, guide the team on best practices, and ensure that solutions are optimized for performance, reliability, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications and microservices.

Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to define AWS-based infrastructure (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, ALB / NLB, etc.).

Evaluate and design solutions that align with security, scalability, and network architecture best practices.

Provide guidance on infrastructure-aware development — ensuring the code and deployments work seamlessly across multiple environments.

Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards and best practices.

Optimize existing applications for performance and cost efficiency in AWS.

Troubleshoot deployment and network-related issues in complex cloud environments.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of professional experience in Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django preferred).

Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, etc.).

Strong understanding of networking concepts – VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, NAT gateways, security groups, VPNs, etc.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS / EKS).

CI / CD knowledge with tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Understanding of infrastructure as code (CloudFormation / Terraform).

Solid understanding of software architecture principles, API design, and microservices patterns.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).

Experience in debugging performance, networking, and scaling issues.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide development teams.

Exposure to AI / ML, Data Pipelines, or Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka, SQS, SNS).

Knowledge of Linux administration and security best practices.

Experience in multi-region or enterprise-scale AWS setups.
