Job Title : Associate Manager – STEM Trial Workshops

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Associate Manager – STEM Trial Workshops to oversee the planning, coordination, and enhancement of our trial workshop experiences. This role bridges education, operations, and customer engagement , ensuring every student and parent experiences the excitement of STEM learning from their very first session.
You will work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, engaging trial workshops that inspire students and drive enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop Management & Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and manage online and in-person STEM trial workshops across regions.
- Coordinate with instructors, technical teams, and support staff to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track workshop performance including registrations, attendance, and conversion metrics.
- Manage contingencies such as last-minute instructor changes, reschedules, or technical issues.
2. Instructor & Team Collaboration
Partner with instructors to ensure readiness, training, and alignment with session goals.Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance session quality and student engagement.Work with operations and academic teams to continuously improve trial content and experience.3. Customer & Parent Engagement
Communicate with parents and students before and after sessions to ensure satisfaction.Handle queries and ensure a seamless experience throughout the trial journey.Gather and analyze feedback to improve workshop impact and conversion outcomes.4. Reporting & Data Analysis
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as attendance and engagement.Generate actionable reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.Identify patterns and opportunities to improve efficiency and learner outcomes.5. Quality Assurance & Innovation
Maintain consistency with the organization’s educational quality standards.Introduce creative engagement ideas to make sessions more interactive and inspiring.Experiment with new formats or engagement techniques to boost trial-to-enrollment rates.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field .2–5 years of experience in the education or edtech industry, ideally in operations, student engagement, or academic coordination.Strong understanding of STEM learning methodologies ; experience working with children (6–18 years) is an advantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple workshops and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).Preferred Skills
Experience managing trial classes, demo sessions, or workshops in an education or training setup.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.Creative problem-solver with a passion for designing engaging STEM learning experiences.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What We Offer
