Your Role : Finance Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Finance Intern to support our team in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This is a 6 month internship, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance and contribution. You will collaborate with senior finance professionals, consultants, and business teams to ensure smooth financial operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

⦁ Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

⦁ Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

⦁ Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

⦁ Help track expenses, revenue, and cash flow for ongoing projects.

⦁ Assist in compliance-related documentation, audits, and regulatory filings.

⦁ Work with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business objectives.

⦁ Analyse financial performance metrics and prepare dashboards or reports for management.

⦁ Support process improvements in financial operations and internal controls.

Requirements

⦁ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

⦁ Strong interest in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate finance.

⦁ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modelling.

⦁ Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

⦁ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred :

⦁ Prior internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.

⦁ Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) or ERP tools.

⦁ Basic understanding of financial regulations, tax concepts, or compliance processes.
