Stipend : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Post-Internship CTC (on conversion) : ₹3.6 LPA + benefits

What You’ll Do (Real responsibility from Day 1)

Act as the founders’ shadow – manage daily strategic & operational priorities

Support financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and investor reporting

Create investor decks, strategy documents, pitches, and growth reports

Coordinate across teams (tech, content, marketing, operations) and external partners

Own end-to-end execution of high-impact projects

Get direct exposure to fundraising, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and product decisions

You’ll sit in every important meeting and learn how an EdTech company actually runs and grows.

Who We’re Looking For (2024 / 2025 Freshers & Final-Year Students)

Any degree – B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, Economics, Mathematics, etc.

Outstanding spoken & written English communication

Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)

Basic understanding of business / finance is a plus (we’ll teach you everything else!)

Passion for education and startups – you genuinely want to make a difference

Zero prior experience required. Just hunger, ownership, and the ability to learn at lightning speed.
