About the Role :

We are seeking an E-commerce Technical Project Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects. Candidates must have led end-to-end e-commerce implementations specifically on BigCommerce (preferred) or Shopify .

This role requires someone who understands the BigCommerce ecosystem — from setup, theme customization, and integrations to store launch and post-deployment optimization. The ideal candidate has delivered multiple BigCommerce-focused (or Shopify-focused) projects while working closely with developers, clients, and business stakeholders to create high-quality e-commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of BigCommerce / Shopify projects — from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all e-commerce project deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.
• Oversee migration projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Identify and implement BigCommerce / Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.
• Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.
• Provide proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes, especially for e-commerce delivery workflows.
