Immediate Start! Restaurant Manager – South Goa (Local Candidates Only)

A well-established beachfront resort located in Salcete Taluk, South Goa is seeking a qualified and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of its flagship dining outlet.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of delivering memorable dining experiences in a resort or hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across all meal periods

Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Manage reservations, seating plans, and floor operations for optimal guest flow

Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and quality food service

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in line with resort and FSSAI regulations

Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Maintain par stock levels and oversee requisitions for supplies and equipment

Plan and support F&B promotions, theme nights, and special dining experiences

Requirements :

4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (resort or upscale hotel experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach

Excellent understanding of restaurant service standards, guest handling, and team supervision

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Must be based in Goa, ideally South Goa or nearby
