Scrum Master - AI

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Scrum Master

with a strong background in

AI and cloud environments

to guide our teams through

agile delivery of AI and cloud solutions . This individual will play a key role in ensuring

project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution

in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a

bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field , hands-on experience with

AI and cloud-based projects , and a proven ability to drive agile teams while ensuring strong communication across executives, SMEs, and engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience managing

AI and cloud ecosystem projects

as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI / cloud environments.

Proficiency with

Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with cloud technologies ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) and exposure to

AI / ML / LLM-based projects .

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in a

Stealth project

or

innovation-driven environment .

Understanding of

FinOps ,

policy-as-code , or cloud cost optimization practices.

Familiarity with

LLMOps / MLOps

pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.

Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
