Job description

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, someone who knows how to make Meta and Google Ads work hard for eCommerce and consumer app growth.

If you’ve been running campaigns that actually drive revenue, not just clicks, we’d love to talk.

What you’ll do :

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Work on full-funnel setups, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion and retention.
Manage creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
Track performance metrics and find insights that actually move numbers.
Collaborate with our analytics team to ensure attribution and tracking are spot on.

What we’re looking for :

2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.

Proven experience with eCommerce or consumer app growth.

Strong understanding of data, attribution, and conversion tracking.

Someone who’s analytical but creative, you test, learn, and optimize.

Comfortable with ad budgets in the five to six-figure monthly range.

Nice to have :

Experience with server-side tracking, GA4, or GTM setups.

Familiarity with creative strategy and ad copy testing.
