Job descriptionSupport women-focused empowerment initiatives through awareness sessions and skill development programs. Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and field activities to engage and uplift women from underserved communities. Provide one-on-one or group mentoring and guidance to promote self-confidence and independence. Collaborate with NGO staff and fellow volunteers to plan and execute program activities. Help in preparing and distributing educational and training materials. Maintain participation records and provide regular feedback to supervisors.
