Role Description

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform.

You will create our design system from the ground up and turn complex AI workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.

You’ll work closely with the founding team and directly with clients to understand their needs, design for real operational challenges, and help bring intelligent automation to life across the food distribution space.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web and dashboard applications
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define design priorities and product direction
  • Work directly with clients to understand their workflows and translate them into design solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma or similar tools
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system and visual language
  • Design intelligent, data-driven interfaces for AI-powered workflows
  • Ensure usability, consistency, and accessibility across all product surfaces

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UX thinking, and systems-level problem solving
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Experience creating or maintaining design systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high autonomy
  • Interest in AI, automation, and designing for real-world operations

    • Preferred Experience

  • Background designing for B2B SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with food distribution, supply chain, or logistics systems
  • Experience with data visualization or dashboard design
  • Exposure to complex workflow tools or enterprise products
