Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details (open plots, farmland projects, villas, and apartments).
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Provide accurate project information and resolve customer queries.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead and visit targets.
- Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable projects.
- Maintain call quality and adhere to company communication standards.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in Telugu and Hindi (English is a plus).Strong convincing and negotiation skills.Ability to handle customer objections professionally.Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred (training will be provided).Good attitude, discipline, and commitment to achieving targets.Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.Qualifications
Any Graduate / Intermediate Pass.0–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (real estate experience is a strong advantage).Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.Salary & Benefits
