Role Summary : This role involves consultative, solution-based selling to industrial customers, EPC contractors, and large manufacturing plants. This is not FMCG or retail sales. The role requires engineering understanding, site interaction,

and long-cycle project sales exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle technical sales of capital / heavy precision equipment
• Develop and manage industrial & EPC customers
• Engage with plant heads, maintenance managers, project teams, and procurement
• Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
• Coordinate with application, service, and factory teams
• Build and grow long-term key accounts
• Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth
