Department : T1 Global Services and Solutions team is responsible to drive sustainable growth of end user IT services and Solutions (computing, printing and collaboration) within our largest global customers. The scope of the role is global but with a strong focus on customers with Headquarter primarily in Japan and the aim is to support the entire Global Tier 1 organization

Vision

Develop the best solution to deliver on customer expected outcomes at the best cost

Mission

Develop Services and solutions business with global T1 customers in Japan.

Working in close collaboration with sales, technical consultants and delivery teams, and with support from the HP Global management and World-Wide executives to develop the best solutions for T1 customer and maximize win rates.

The scope of the job includes is focused on workplace services and solutions such as : Managed Device Services, Managed Print Service, Collaboration, IT Infrastructure Management or Cybersecurity.

• This role is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, provide adaptive solutions, and build relationships with key executives. The role optimizes solutions within the customer's IT strategy, anticipates dependencies, and conducts testing. The role actively participates in planning while directing solution activities and contributing to transition solutions, cost estimation, and pricing models.
