Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Softeon Developer to design, develop, and support solutions that integrate NetSuite ERP with Softeon WMS and other enterprise applications.

The role involves customizing NetSuite, building integrations, and ensuring smooth operation of warehouse and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, configure, and customize Oracle NetSuite to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite ERP and Softeon WMS.
  • Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (Web Services / REST APIs).
  • Develop and support Softeon WMS configurations, workflows, and extensions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of NetSuite and Softeon applications.
  • Maintain and optimize integrations with third-party applications (finance, logistics, e-commerce, etc.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployments.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with IT and security standards.
  • Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on development experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Strong expertise in SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite customization.
  • Experience in Softeon WMS development and configuration.
  • Proficiency in APIs, REST / SOAP Web Services, and integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, supply chain, and logistics processes.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze problems, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
