What you’ll do :

📞 Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve lead generation and conversion targets

✨ Develop and implement effective calling strategies, scripts, and campaigns

📊 Track performance metrics, analyze conversion data, and drive continuous improvement

🤝 Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer relationship management

🎯 Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity

🧩 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and customer outreach

🔍 Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and results

📈 Ensure compliance with company policies and telemarketing regulations

What we’re looking for :

• ️ Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• ️ 5–8 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• ️ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• ️ Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
• ️ Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a results-driven team
• ️ Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
