Ecommerce Quality Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Quality Analyst with strong E-commerce experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our online stores . Hands-on experience with Magento and / or BigCommerce platforms will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive testing of all e-commerce functionalities, including product listings, search, cart, checkout, and payment flows.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and project delivery.
• Create, manage, and execute test plans , test cases , and automation scripts .
• Oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation, test reports, and project status updates.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-up meetings as part of Agile project execution.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, QA tools, and best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
