o 100% Field Job o Sourcing & identifying the potential (Only Female) customers.

o Responsible for Group Formation of 5 (Five) members of Females.

o Loan Disbursement & EMI's Collection

Job. Age Limits : 20 yrs. to 30 yrs.

Qualification : - 10th & 12th or Above

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Every 2 nd Saturday week off) & Benefits of Bank Holidays

Salary Information's : - Salary + Incentive ((Collections, Group Formation and Insurance) Gross Salary- Rs.16000 ( Starting) In Hand Salary after deduction (PF , ESI, PT)- Rs.13500 / -

Other Allowances : Official Sim Card+ Travelling allowance (Between 1000 to 4000)

Statutory Benefits : - PF + ESIC + Gratuity. Medical Benefits : - Health Insurance + Life Insurance, Accidental Insurance.
