Client Success Engineer – Implementation
Full-time
On site, Hyderabad
As a Client Success Engineer, you will own the design and execution of scalable technical solutions during complex client onboarding and late-stage sales engagements. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging discovery and delivery to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients
- Develop and manage complex implementation plans
- Handle technical integrations (APIs, data feeds, FTPs) and advanced troubleshooting
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements
- Build enablement materials such as guides, webinars, and documentation
