Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - OTL

Job Description : Your day-to-day :

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of OTL Cloud implementations;
• Manage full-cycle OTL projects, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support;
• Deliver end-to-end OTL implementations, particularly for U.S. clients, integrated with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Projects;
• Work in close collaboration with Core HR and Absence Management teams to align configurations and dependencies;
• Configure custom Time Entry, Validation, Calculation, and Workforce Compliance rules;
• Handle functional integrations with biometric / clock-in devices and manage OTL Rest API-based integrations;
• Build and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher for time tracking and analytics;
• Stay updated on Oracle quarterly product releases and assess the impact on OTL configurations and workflows;
• Collaborate with technical teams on the design of interfaces and reports related to OTL data;
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for OTL-related queries, configurations, and best practices.
