Technical Lead – Python (Gen-AI SaaS | Chennai | 7+ Years)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of backend services using Python + FastAPI (must-have).
  • Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews.
  • Architect scalable systems using NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra).
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Manage cloud deployments on AWS / Azure / GCP .
  • Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and system reliability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of Python development with prior tech-lead experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with FastAPI .
  • Experience with NoSQL, cloud platforms, and Git workflows.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, authentication, multithreading, and testing.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-leadership skills.
