Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst with strong Business Analysis and Technical skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and working closely with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions. A Solution Analyst role here seems to be a bridge between Business Analysis with technical skills. They take the raw technical data / details from Architects and convert them into Responsibilities :

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Support in designing solution architecture with technical teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support when required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards in solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and Skills Required :
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with UML, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
