Role Overview
As a P2P Associate , you will play a critical role in managing procurement and vendor operations for Zolo’s Co-living business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring cost-efficient purchases, smooth vendor coordination, and timely issue resolution across our properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills who is looking to build a long-term career in procurement and operations within a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end vendor interactions : sourcing, comparing quotations, negotiating rates, and finalizing agreements.
Coordinate with MEP and facility teams to understand procurement needs and validate requests.
Track vendor performance, ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TATs) and service quality.
Maintain accurate procurement records, approvals, and compliance with company SOPs.
Optimize procurement by assessing whether requests can be resolved internally before raising external purchase orders.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Qualifications & Experience
2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or facility management.
Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, co-working, or MEP operations preferred.
Graduation with basic knowledge of MEP systems is desirable.
