About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Platform QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce applications and automation frameworks . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and custom development components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), along with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing across multiple Salesforce environments.

As part of the Quality Engineering team , you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality releases of Salesforce features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing for Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and APIs including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or Robot Framework).
• Work with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset) to automate regression testing.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to identify, isolate, and resolve issues quickly.
• Drive quality best practices , documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in UAT support , bug triage, and release validation cycles.
