We’re Hiring a Co-Founder (Healthcare Marketing & Business Development) — Equity Only | Bengaluru

OncoTree is building the future of cancer care navigation in India — a platform that guides patients seamlessly from diagnosis through treatment, ensuring no delay, no confusion, and no loss in continuity.

Our mission is to improve the lives of millions of cancer patients through structured navigation, technology, and compassionate support.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder who can lead Healthcare Marketing & Business Development across retail and corporate segments.

Who We’re Looking For

A leader who brings :

• Strong experience in healthcare marketing , hospital sales, or corporate wellness programs
• Deep networks across hospitals, oncology centers, and corporate HR / benefits teams
• Strong execution mindset in B2B / B2C healthcare acquisition
• Ability to build partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic networks, corporates, and NGOs
• Passion to transform the cancer care ecosystem in India and globally
• Willingness to work full-time in a fast-paced early-stage startup
• Based in Bengaluru (mandatory)
