Job descriptionMonitor inward / outward entries, job orders, and production tracking. Liaise with ERP vendor to resolve technical or user-level issues. Ensure all reports (production, stock, purchase, etc.) are generated through ERP. Create SOPs and checklists for consistent data entry and process compliance. Work closely with management to improve system efficiency and employee adaptation. Good understanding of manufacturing workflows. Basic knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc. preferred). Strong communication & leadership skills — ability to guide senior operators. Proficiency in Excel and system management. Analytical mindset and accountability-driven. Location : Manesar (on-site)
Experience : 1–3 years (ERP or manufacturing operations)
Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or similar

We’re implementing a new ERP system to modernize operations across departments. We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can bridge the gap between shopfloor operations and digital systems — ensuring smooth adoption, accuracy, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate ERP implementation across departments (production, stores, purchase, dispatch).
- Train and support employees on ERP usage;
ensure data is updated daily.
