Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online store. Key tasks include monitoring daily e-commerce operations, creating product listings, analysing sales performance, improving customer engagement, and collaborating with teams to implement strategies that drive online revenue growth. The role also involves ensuring a seamless customer experience and staying up to date with market trends and tools to enhance online performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and sales techniques
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain attention to detail
