HR RecruiterRole : Full-time | On-Site (Ram Nagar, Coimbatore)Company : BackdropsourceSalary : Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed)Join Date : Immediate JoinersAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated HR Recruiter (Non-Technical Hiring) to join our team at Backdropsource. The recruiter will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the company’s hiring process, ensuring that every recruitment activity is executed smoothly and professionally.Prerequisites : - 3 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.- Previous experience in hiring for digital marketing roles is mandatory.- Candidates from any part of India can apply, but must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.- Fixed salary up to ₹6 LPA.Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles.- Source, screen, and call candidates to assess suitability.- Collect and verify relevant candidate information.- Assign and follow up on tests / assignments.- Track and maintain candidate journey using Google Sheets / Excel.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders using Google Calendar.- Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal teams.- Coordinate with employees of the internal team and facilitate seamless operations.- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.Requirements- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Google Calendar.- Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.What We Offer- Fixed salary up to ₹6 LPA.- Opportunity to be part of a growing and collaborative team.- Exposure to a fast-paced work environment with ample learning opportunities.CTC will be up to ₹6 LPA.
