Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of 10-15 years in business development, with a focus on cloud and AI

product sales to government entities.

Demonstrated expertise in partnership building and strategic relationship management.

Experience in driving sales for digital platforms or transformation initiatives, preferably in a

B2C or B2G context.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputed institution is preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

10-15 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on digital

transformation and AI-driven solutions.

Extensive experience in engaging with government entities and managing large-scale sales

cycles.

Domain Expertise

In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, AI-driven solutions, and their application in

government and enterprise contexts.

Expertise in digital platform integration and user engagement strategies.

Familiarity with the competitive landscape of digital transformation services in India.

Digital & Operational Tools

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing business

development pipelines.

Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize sales performance.

Knowledge of digital collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and project

management software.

Leadership Capabilities

Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of closing high-value

deals.
