Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Internal Audit, located in Bangalore. The Assistant Manager will conduct financial audits, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing audit reports, and recommending improvements to existing processes. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to enhance overall financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills

Experience in Finance and Accounting

Proficiency in Internal Controls and Financial Audits

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus

Experience in the risk advisory field is preferred
