Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining prompts to optimize the behavior and outcomes of AI models. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, documenting processes, running tests to validate AI-generated responses, and identifying opportunities to enhance AI performance. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills are critical to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in crafting and refining AI prompts for diverse use cases, along with experience in natural language understanding.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to assess and optimize AI model performance.
• Fluency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with AI / ML frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and capabilities of large language models (LLMs).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document processes and findings clearly.
• Prior experience in AI / ML-based projects or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
