Key Responsibilities :

Mandatory Skills :

• Service Management : Maintain application uptime / performance, manage system enhancements and defects, oversee daily operational activities, and ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices
• Technical Skills : Modify existing code ( Python, react, graphql, rest API), understand microservices architecture and REST web services.
• Must have exposure to AWS services (Ec2, IAM,s3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, VPC,ECS, EKS, EFS, lambda, SNS, SQS, event bridge )
• Automation and Optimization : Familiarity with automation tools like GITHub Action , EKS, Teraform and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and experience integrating automation into the development lifecycle.
• Must have production / Application support experience with the ITIL framework predominantly Service mgmt, Incident mgmt, Change mgmt, Problem mgmt & CAPA s.
• Additional Skills : Strong ITSM experience with knowledge on INC, PRB, CHG & CAPA Management, understanding of code quality, troubleshooting platform / infrastructure issues, SQL database knowledge, and experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA
• Communication and Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, ability to manage vendors and business stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
• Candidate should have L2 level of DevOps / SRE support expertise , hands-on experience in issue resolution, fixing user-access issues, report related fixes.
• General understanding on DevOps life cycle, SRE Principles and best practices, good in communication skills & stakeholder management.
