Job Summary

We are seeking a talented

AI / ML Engineer

to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data preprocessing, model training, optimization, and deployment within cloud or on-prem environments

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement

machine learning models

and

AI algorithms

to address complex business problems.

Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Develop and maintain

end-to-end ML pipelines

— from data ingestion to model deployment.

Evaluate and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Collaborate with

data scientists, data engineers, and software developers

to integrate ML solutions into applications and products.

Deploy models using frameworks such as

TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, FastAPI, or Flask .

Leverage

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model training and serving.

Research and experiment with emerging AI / ML technologies and frameworks.

Implement

MLOps

practices for continuous model integration, testing, and monitoring.

Required Skills :

2–6 years of hands-on experience in

machine learning ,

deep learning , or

AI solution development .

Proficiency in

Python

and ML libraries such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or Keras .

Strong knowledge of

data structures, algorithms, and statistics .

Experience with

data preprocessing, feature engineering , and

model evaluation techniques .

Familiarity with

MLOps tools

(MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with

cloud ML services

(AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI).

Proficiency in

SQL

and data handling tools like

Pandas, NumPy .

Understanding of

API integration

and

model deployment

in production environments.

Experience with

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

or

Computer Vision (CV)

projects.

Familiarity with

LLMs (Large Language Models)

or

Generative AI frameworks .

Knowledge of

data versioning tools

(DVC, Git LFS) and

CI / CD for ML .

Exposure to

big data technologies

(Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).

Cloud certifications in AI / ML (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Qualification :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
