Hubspot specialist

We are looking for a Hub Spot Specialist with demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing programs and campaigns using Hub Spot’s marketing and sales Hubs. The ideal candidate is an experienced and certified Hub Spot expert who is a self-starter but also works well as part of a team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management.

Job Description

• Onboard & implement the Hub Spot portal for our Global clients.
• Support the creation and execution of automated marketing campaigns. This includes email marketing, creating and executing nurtures, social media integration, and other relevant features within Hub Spot. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
• Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
• Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
• Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends
• Develop A / B tests and optimize results
• Manage lead generation, databases & email reporting through Hub Spot
• Work with content team to develop content to attract, acquire and nurture qualified and targeted audience to the business
• Work closely with sales team on strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Assist in the setup and configuration of Hub Spot. Collaborate with the marketing team to define automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring models
• Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design, and testing of email campaigns
