Job Title : Customer Service Representative – Call Center (Level 1)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.

  • Full-time position in a call center environment.
  • May require working evenings and weekends.
