Roles & Responsibilities :
Training Program Coordination
Plan, schedule, and organize technical training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors to ensure effective training delivery.
Manage training calendars, bookings, and resource allocation.
Learner Support
Handle trainee registrations, onboarding, and communication before, during, and after training.
Provide guidance to participants regarding course details, prerequisites, and schedules.
Track attendance, assessments, and performance records.
Logistics & Administration
Arrange training facilities, labs, tools, and digital platforms required for technical training.
Maintain training materials, manuals, e-learning platforms, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
Quality & Reporting
Collect feedback from participants and trainers to improve program effectiveness.
Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for management.
Monitor training KPIs (completion rates, certification rates, learner satisfaction).
Qualifications
Educational qualification :
BE (In any Engg Stream)
Experience :
2-4 years in training coordination, learning & development, or academic administration (preferably in a technical or vocational environment).
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with technical subjects (IT, engineering, or relevant field) and e-learning platforms.
Mandatory Skills :
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and process orientation.
