Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Mumbai. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and promoting sales. Daily tasks will include managing inventory, organizing store displays, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Additionally, the role involves handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge and expertise in comic books and pop culture merchandise
• Retail Sales experience and ability to promote sales effectively
• Strong Communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently
• Sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Graduate or equivalent; additional education or experience in a related field is a plus
• Passion for comics, anime / manga and pop culture is highly desirable
