Role Overview

As a Live Artist Experience Coordinator, you will be the primary on-ground representative of

Qalakaar, ensuring seamless execution of our curated performances. This role bridges artists,

venues, and the brand ensuring each event aligns with our premium standards and artist-first

philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

pre-event planning.

Represent Qalakaar on-site, managing all aspects of event execution from artist

hospitality to technical setup.

Uphold brand presence and professionalism through audience engagement and event

oversight.

Support the artist experience by handling logistics, maintaining schedules, and resolving

on-ground issues.

Capture and manage key event moments for internal and social documentation.

Ensure proper post-event closure including documentation and brand protocol

adherence.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent coordination and communication skills

A passion for independent music and the live event space

Reliable, professional, and composed under pressure

Experience in hospitality, events, or artist management is a plus
