Role Overview
As a Live Artist Experience Coordinator, you will be the primary on-ground representative of
Qalakaar, ensuring seamless execution of our curated performances. This role bridges artists,
venues, and the brand ensuring each event aligns with our premium standards and artist-first
philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with artists and technical teams to ensure smooth
pre-event planning.
Represent Qalakaar on-site, managing all aspects of event execution from artisthospitality to technical setup.
Uphold brand presence and professionalism through audience engagement and eventoversight.
Support the artist experience by handling logistics, maintaining schedules, and resolvingon-ground issues.
Capture and manage key event moments for internal and social documentation.Ensure proper post-event closure including documentation and brand protocoladherence.
