Customer Support Executive (Email, WhatsApp & Voice)

About the Role :
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional service across Email, WhatsApp, and Voice. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with orders, queries, and recommendations while maintaining the premium experience that defines Linen Trail.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily customer communication across Email, WhatsApp, and voice calls.
- Resolve order-related queries, exchange / refund requests, and shipping updates.
- Drive conversions by helping customers make confident purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and daily logs of interactions.
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred).Strong customer empathy and problem-solving attitude.Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C brand support preferred.Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Zoho or similar CRMs is a plus.Compensation :
CTC : ₹3,00,000 per annum
Incentives : Performance-based variable pay linked to conversion and satisfaction metrics
