Role Description

This full-time, on-site Faculty Fashion Design role is based in Ghaziabad. The faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lectures on fashion design topics, mentoring students in practical assignments, and staying updated with current trends to ensure course content remains relevant. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, assessment of student work, participation in departmental activities, and collaboration with industry professionals to create experiential learning opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fashion Design, including Hand Illustration, Fashion CAD (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator & CLO 3D) & Draping.
• Experience in curriculum development, educational planning, and mentoring students.
• Ability to integrate industry trends and provide relevant practical exposure to students.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, along with proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is required; prior teaching experience is a plus.
• A proactive approach to collaborating with peers and fostering an inspiring learning atmosphere.
• Candidate based in Delhi / NCR or nearby locations.
• Salary Range 18-22k.
